Can I bring my kids to Big Muddy Blues Festival?
By all means, YES! We encourage it! Big Muddy Blues Festival is a family event, and kids 12 and under are FREE!!!
What can and cannot be brought into Big Muddy Blues Festival?
Attendees are more than welcome to bring folding chairs. Pets, coolers, grilling equipment or outside food/drinks, however, will NOT be permitted. Festival staff can confiscate these items at their discretion. Purses and backpacks will be checked when entering the Main Stage area.
What is the weather usually like during the Big Muddy Blues Festival?
The weather during Big Muddy is usually pretty nice! Sometimes it is warm or even hot. Since you will be spending long days outside, pack comfortable shoes and clothes. Of course, if the weather predicts rain, make sure you don’t forget your raincoat, because the show will go on!! No refunds will be given.
What are the best ways to get around St. Louis once I've arrived?
The best methods of transportation will be taxi car or rental car as well as the MetroLink – depending on where you’re staying. Downtown St. Louis offers visitors several public transportation options through Metro transit. With six downtown stops on the MetroLink light rail system and MetroBus service to the downtown area, public transit is an easy option for getting around St. Louis. MetroLink and MetroBus fares vary between $2.00 and $7.50, depending on which fare type is right for you. With the Laclede’s Landing MetroLink Station located right on Laclede’s Landing, MetroLink conveniently delivers you right to the Big Muddy Blues Festival without having to deal with traffic or parking.

Where can I park once I arrive at the Big Muddy Blues Festival?
Laclede’s Landing offers several options for parking with more than six parking lots/garages in the area. Parking costs vary from $10-$20.

What are my Payment Options to attend the Big Muddy Blues Festival
Tickets are available for online purchase via credit or debit card. Cash & Credit Cards are both accepted when purchasing your tickets the day of the event.
Availability of Restrooms
We will have plenty of restrooms available for attendees of the Big Muddy Blues Festival. We will have restrooms surrounding the festival area, as well as private restrooms located inside the Laclede’s Landing bars and restaurants.
Are there ATM's / Bank Machines available on Laclede's Landing?
Yes, there will be multiple ATMs available around the festival grounds and inside the Laclede’s Landing bars and restaurants. There are 2 ATM’s located on 2nd Street alone.
What kind of security will be at the event?
Uniformed & non-uniformed festival security officers and secondary police officers will patrol the festival. If for any reason you need security, stop by any of the food booth areas, the front gate, or pubs and the staff will contact security.
Are Big Muddy Blues Festival attendees allowed to take photographs?
SURE! Photos provide memories for many years to come, and we want you to remember the great time had by all at the festival, so small cameras are allowed.
